1. Overview
WorkspaceAPIOpenClaw (“the App”) is a private, single-user automation tool operated by John Santa for personal productivity.
This app accesses Google user data only to provide requested functionality for Gmail and Google Workspace workflows.
2. Google data accessed
Depending on enabled features, the App may access:
Gmail data (message metadata/content needed for summarization and triage)
Google Sheets data
Google Docs data
Google Slides data
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed only to:
Classify and summarize emails
Generate productivity briefs and recommendations
Read/update Workspace files as explicitly required by user workflows
4. Data sharing
No sale of personal data
No sharing of Google user data with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties
Data is used only for the app’s stated functionality
5. Data retention
Processed outputs and logs may be stored locally in the user’s private environment for operational continuity and auditability
Data retention is minimized to what is needed for functionality and troubleshooting
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect data in transit and at rest, including credential protection and access restrictions.
7. Limited Use compliance
If the App accesses Google user data via restricted/sensitive scopes, the use of that data is limited to providing or improving user-facing features described here, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. User controls and revocation
The user may revoke app access at any time from Google Account permissions:
